SHYAMMETL : SECURES PHUTAMURA COAL BLOCK MINING RIGHTS

• Shyam Metalics Group announces investment in Alom Solar Private Limited, declared successful bidder for Phutamura Coal Block mining rights • Block located in Raigarh District, Chhattisgarh, within the Mand Raigarh coalfield, spanning ~7.324 sq. km • Estimated coal reserves of ~170 million tonnes; mining operations and coal production expected to commence from July 2027 • Backward integration move to secure stable, long-term and cost-effective coal supply for captive power generation and core steel manufacturing • Company has 16.93 MTPA aggregate installed metal capacity supported by 467 MW captive power capacity
