• Completion certificate issued by Authority's Engineer dated 12 October 2026 under Article 12 of the EPC Contract Agreement • Project: six-lane access controlled Delhi-Saharanpur Highway (UP portion, Ch. 14.750 to 31.600), NH-709B, Economic Corridor Phase-1 of Bharatmala Pariyojna • Revised estimated project cost ₹1,659.84 Cr; EPC contract value ₹1,323.52 Cr • Project Highway declared fit for entry into operation w.e.f. 12 September 2024, within cure period of 30 days from approved EOT of 15 August 2024 • Works completed except those covered under settlement agreement between Gayatri Projects, Ceigall India and NHAI dated 9 October 2026 • Scheduled completion date was 7 November 2023; award date 16 April 2022
