Ltd.) on 2 May 2018 • BSE said prior shareholder approval was required for the 2018 allotment • Company's appeal was rejected by SAT and its subsequent appeal dismissed by Supreme Court • Shareholders passed special resolution on 17 May 2025 via postal ballot ratifying the 2018 allotment • Company filed fresh listing application with BSE on 31 May 2026 • No financial implications on the Company; it is taking appropriate actions against the order
