• Company entered into 2 MoUs on October 13, 2026 to acquire ~4.5 acres (19,020 sq m) of land • Land adjacent to existing leased premise at Khakariya Road, Mudhela Village, Savli Taluka, Vadodara District, Gujarat • Site where the company is currently constructing its new manufacturing facility • Land cost ~₹4.65 Cr, to be met from internal accruals • Board approved the acquisition via circular resolution dated 13.10.2026
