• Q2 FY27 residential pre-sales ₹7,225 Cr, up 20% (YOY), with 5.84 mn sqft and 3,910 units sold • H1 FY27 pre-sales ₹13,804 Cr across 11.88 mn sqft and 7,247 units; collections ₹10,096 Cr • CPP Investments to invest ₹3,000 Cr in Prestige Hospitality Ventures for ~27% stake to fund hospitality expansion • Q2 residential launches: 3 projects with 5.91 mn sqft developable area and GDV of ~₹4,020 Cr (H1 GDV over ₹16,200 Cr) • Launch pipeline of over ₹40,000 Cr across Bengaluru, Mumbai, NCR, Chennai and Hyderabad over the next two quarters • Commercial exit rentals ₹843 Cr; retail GTO ₹721 Cr up 10% (YOY) with mall occupancy at 99%
