SIKKO INDUSTRIES: SIGNS 3-YEAR MOU FOR ₹190 CR ORGANIC FERTILIZER SUPPLY IN UGANDA
• Company signs a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Operation Wealth Creation (OWC), a presidential initiative of the Government of Uganda. • Agreement involves supply of Organic Fertilizer Granules (Bio NPK) for agricultural programmes in Uganda. • Total indicative supply value of approximately USD 23 million (₹190 crore) over three years. • Year 1: Supply of 50,000 MT, valued at approximately USD 6.95 million. • Year 2: Supply of 55,000 MT, valued at approximately USD 7.64 million. • Year 3: Supply of 60,500 MT, valued at approximately USD 8.41 million. • Total proposed supply quantity stands at 1,65,500 MT over three years. • Proposed payment structure includes 50% advance before production and 50% through an irrevocable letter of credit at sight against shipping documents. • Supply programme remains subject to annual review, approvals and agreement on ordering terms.
