ECOHOTELS : BOARD APPROVES RAISING UP TO RS 50 CR VIA PREFERENTIAL ISSUE

• Board gives in-principal approval to raise up to ₹50 Cr through preferential basis / private placement and/or warrants • Issue to eligible investors, promoters and/or members of the promoter group, subject to statutory, regulatory, stock exchange and shareholder approvals • Hotels at Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad) to commence operations in October 2026; Mysuru in Q4 FY 2026-27 • Board approved forfeiture of 16,31,580 partly paid-up rights issue equity shares on unpaid first, second and third & final call money • Call money received on 1,12,45,228 of the total 1,28,76,808 partly paid-up rights issue equity shares
