VIVO BIO TECH : FIRE AT GAJWEL RESEARCH FACILITY, LOSS UNDER ASSESSMENT

• Fire broke out in early hours of October 13, 2026, at company's research facility at Pregnapur Village, Siddipet District, Gajwel, Telangana • Damage to building infrastructure, laboratory rooms, plant and machinery, furniture, scientific equipment, electrical fittings, false ceilings, partitions and specialised flooring • Valuable test items and samples from sponsors for ongoing and future studies, and pathology specimens, were destroyed • Equipment in Pathology Laboratory and PICO facility also sustained damage • No injuries or casualties; fire was brought under control • Company assessing physical damage and financial losses; assets adequately insured and insurance claim process being initiated
