ADANIENT : SIGNS MOU WITH JABIL FOR 50:50 DATA CENTRE HARDWARE JV
• Adani Enterprises and Jabil (NYSE: JBL) signed non-binding MoU for proposed 50:50 joint venture to manufacture and assemble AI and data centre equipment in India • JV would make AI racks, servers, storage, networking gear, power distribution units, liquid-cooling systems and transformers • Venture expected to have multi-gigawatt AI rack manufacturing capacity and provide installation and commissioning services • India data centre capacity projected at 5-8 GW by 2030; companies estimate global market opportunity over $3 trillion over next seven years • Jabil reported $36 billion revenue in fiscal year 2026; Adani Group has $100 billion commitment for 5 GW green-energy-powered AI-ready data centres by 2035 • Proposed JV remains subject to definitive agreements, approvals and customary conditions
