KRSNAA : ALLOTS 16.21 LAKH WARRANTS WORTH OVER RS 22.94 CR TO PROMOTERS

• Allots 16,21,000 fully convertible warrants at ₹566 per warrant on preferential basis to promoter and promoter group entity • Mr. Rajendra Mutha allotted 75,000 warrants; Krsna Diagnostics (Mumbai) Private Limited allotted 15,46,000 warrants • Company received 25% of warrant issue price aggregating ₹22.94 Cr; balance 75% payable on conversion within 18 months from October 13, 2026 • Each warrant convertible into one equity share of face value ₹5 at ₹566 per share (including premium of ₹551 per share) • Promoter and promoter group holding to rise to 29.70% from 27.11% post allotment; no change in paid-up share capital at this stage
