RAYMOND REALTY : TO USE RS 247 CR OF ISSUE PROCEEDS FOR THANE JEKEGRAM PROJECT

• ₹247 Cr earmarked for approval and construction cost of realty project at Pokhran Road No.1, Jekegram, Thane on 3,30,981 sq meters • ₹60 Cr earmarked for realty project next to Lake Shore Mall, Laxmi Nagar, Thane on 20,685 sq meters • ₹102 Cr set aside for general corporate purposes including transaction costs • Issue proceeds to be utilised within three years from receipt of funds; interim parked in fixed deposits and debt mutual funds • Warrant proceeds to be received within 18 months of allotment; object-wise amounts may deviate by +/- 10% • Filing is a clarification to NSE (letter dated October 07, 2026), revising points 4, 5 and 17 of the EGM explanatory statement
