ADVENT HOTELS : ACQUIRES BALANCE 25% STAKE IN BD&P HOTELS WORTH RS 40 CR
• Board approved SPA for acquisition of remaining 25% equity (70,89,775 shares of ₹10 each) in BD And P Hotels (India) Private Limited, a 75% subsidiary • Total consideration at ₹40 Cr, payable via transfer of funds through banking channels • Acquirer is the Company/its nominee; sellers are existing shareholders and not related parties • BD&P Hotels owns and operates the 171-key Hilton Mumbai International Airport hotel on ~1.26 acres at Andheri (East), Mumbai • Target turnover ₹102.37 Cr (FY26), ₹98.53 Cr (FY25), ₹79.57 Cr (FY24) • On completion BD&P Hotels becomes a wholly owned subsidiary; deal to complete on or before June 30, 2027
