• Delhi High Court vide order dated 12.10.2026 granted stay on the effect of NHAI debarment orders dated 11.09.2026 and 03.09.2026 • Stay covers PNC Infratech and the SPV Awadh Expressway Pvt Ltd (the Concessionaire) • NHAI had extended the debarment of the Concessionaire to the company • Order downloaded from the High Court of Delhi website by the company on 13.10.2026 • Development, construction, operations and maintenance activities of the company and its subsidiaries to continue unaffected • Financial implications, if any, to be disclosed in due course
