BCCL : RAISES RAW COKING COAL PRICES BY UP TO 14% FOR NON-REGULATED SECTOR

• Board approved rationalisation of basic prices of certain grades of raw coking coal for the non-regulated sector • Revision covers steel grades (I and II), direct feed, PCC washery grades (W-II to W-VI) and HVMC washery grades (W-I to W-VI) • Basic prices of different grades increased by approximately 0.1% to 14% over existing prices • Move aimed at correcting disproportionate inter-grade price differentials • Revision applies to the non-regulated sector only
