• Allotted 51 lakh fully convertible warrants at ₹231.421 per warrant to promoter Aurum RealEstate Developers Limited on preferential basis • Each warrant convertible into 1 equity share of face value ₹5 at a premium of ₹226.421 per share • Aggregate amount payable ₹118.02 Cr; 25% upfront amount of ₹29.51 Cr received on October 13, 2026 allotment • Balance 75% payable at exercise; warrants exercisable in tranches within 18 months, else lapse and upfront amount forfeited • Promoter stake to rise from 38.22% to 40.56% on fully diluted basis post conversion
