OIL INDIA: INCORPORATES JOINT VENTURE FOR COMPRESSED BIOGAS & CLEAN ENERGY PROJECTS 🟢

• Oil India's wholly owned subsidiary, Oil Green Energy Ltd (OGEL), has incorporated a JV company named Hind Oil Biofuels Pvt Ltd. • JV incorporated on October 13, 2026, following approval from the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas. • OGEL holds a 50% stake in the new JV. • JV will focus on producing Compressed Biogas (CBG) and its by-products from municipal solid waste. • Business will also include waste-to-energy projects and biofuel production. • Initial authorised share capital stands at ₹1 crore
