ADANIPOWER : WINS 1,234 MW LONG-TERM THERMAL POWER ORDER

• Received Letter of Award from Uttarakhand Power Corporation Limited (UPCL) for 1,234 MW ex-bus net supply (1,320 MW installed capacity) of thermal power • Power to be supplied under a long-term Power Supply Agreement for a period of 25 years • Company declared successful bidder in the tender invited and issued by UPCL • LoA subject to Uttarakhand Electricity Regulatory Commission approval for adoption of tariff under Section 63 of the Electricity Act, 2003 • Order awarded by a domestic entity; no promoter or group interest, not a related party transaction
