• Allotted 2,00,000 senior, secured, rated, listed, redeemable NCDs of face value ₹10,000 each, aggregating up to ₹200 Cr • Coupon 9.25% p.a. payable monthly; bullet principal repayment at maturity • Tenure 36 months; deemed allotment October 14, 2026, maturity October 14, 2029 • NCDs proposed to be listed on BSE Limited • Secured pari passu with existing secured creditors on standard loan receivables and current assets, minimum asset coverage of 1.1 times • Coupon steps up 25 bps per notch downgrade from current 'AA-' rating, and steps down 25 bps per notch upgrade up to 'AA-'
