AEROFLEX : APPROVES CAPACITY EXPANSION WORTH OVER RS 124 CR
• Board approved SS Hose & Braiding capacity addition of 10 million meters per annum, taking total from 20 million to 30 million meters per annum • Investment for the SS Hose & Braiding expansion projected at ₹124 Cr • Liquid Cooling SFN Skid Assemblies capacity to rise by 15,000 pieces per annum, from 15,000 to 30,000 pieces per annum, including an additional facility • Investment for the Liquid Cooling SFN Skid expansion projected at ₹78 Cr • Combined total investment for both expansions estimated at ₹202 Cr, to be financed through internal accruals, equity and bridge loan financing • Both projects to be completed in a phased manner by March 2028; existing utilisation was 70% (SS Hose) and 69% (Liquid Cooling) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026
