AEROENTER : SUBSIDIARY CAPACITY EXPANSION WORTH OVER RS 124 CR
• Material subsidiary Aeroflex Industries board approved capacity enhancements and expansion plans on October 14, 2026 • SS Hose & Braiding capacity to rise from 20 million to 30 million meters per annum, plus a new state-of-the-art assemblies plant to convert 70%-75% of hoses and braids, at ~₹124 Cr • Liquid Cooling SFN Skid Assemblies capacity to rise from 15,000 to 30,000 pieces per annum with an additional facility, at ~₹78 Cr • Already completed: SS Hose & Braiding capacity to 20 million meters per annum and liquid cooling skid capacity to 12,000 pieces per annum; balance 3,000 pieces expected by December 2026 • Aggregate ₹202 Cr investment to be funded via internal accruals, equity and bridge loan financing; expansions to be completed in phases by March 2028
