HOEC : TAKES OVER HMGPP GAS PLANT OPERATIONS IN ASSAM

• HOEC executed a definitive agreement with Expro North Sea Limited (UK) to take over operations and ownership of the Hollong Modular Gas Processing Plant (HMGPP) • Plant is located in the Dirok Gas and Condensate field in Assam; takeover done on behalf of JV partners Oil India Ltd and Indian Oil Corporation Ltd • Operations taken over as on October 14, 2026; all existing ENS employees at the gas plant transferred to HOEC employment from the same date • Takeover lets the Dirok JV expand plant capacity to process higher volumes from three new wells approved for drilling by partners and DGH • Also enables plant modifications for higher operating efficiency and allows future volumes from North Dirok and Greater Dirok assets • HOEC is the designated operator for the Dirok Gas Field under the Production Sharing Contract with the Government of India and the JV partners
