• Company filed Section 10 petition before NCLT Chennai seeking initiation of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process under IBC (CPI (IBC) 310/CHE/2025) • NCLT Chennai admitted the petition by order dated 7-8-2026 • Mr. G. Gunasekaran appointed Interim Resolution Professional (Regn No IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P00681/2017-18/11178) • Powers of the Board of Directors and its committees stand suspended with effect from the order date of 7-8-2026 • IRP G. Gunasekaran will act as Compliance Officer in place of Sri. Manoj Kumar Tibrewal and sign for the company hereafter
