• Navkar Corporation, a listed subsidiary of JSW Infrastructure, received Letter of Acceptance from Office of the Sr. DCM, Commercial Department, Salem, Southern Railway, Tamil Nadu • Contract for construction & operation of Gati Shakti Multi-Modal Cargo Terminal entirely on railway land at Kulipalaiyam station in Uttukuli to Tiruppur section • Order size approx ₹48 Cr, may vary as per the terms of the agreement • Construction to be completed within 18 months from grant of approval of construction or handing over of railway land, whichever is later • Railway land to be licensed for a period of 35 years • LOA received by Navkar at around 3:00 p.m. on October 13, 2026
