• Added 11 lakh new users; 42 lakh users applied for IPOs through Groww. • Equity Derivatives revenue declined 14.3% QoQ, largely due to CAS implementation. • MTF revenue contribution increased to 10.1% from 4.7% YoY. • Operating cash generation stood at ₹1,568 Cr in H1 FY27; closing cash and investments at ₹3,849 Cr. • Wealth Assets crossed ₹10,000 Cr following Fisdom integration. • Groww AMC AUM surged 145% YoY to ₹7,179 Cr, while revenue grew 131% YoY. • Management expects derivatives trading activity to recover if SEBI's proposed CAS changes are implemented.
