AEROFLEX : ANNOUNCES RS 202 CR CAPACITY EXPANSION BY MARCH 2028

• Total capital expenditure outlay of ₹202 Cr, to be undertaken in phases with target completion by March 2028 • SS Hose & Braiding capacity to rise from 20 million metres p.a. to 30 million metres p.a. • Liquid Cooling Skid Assemblies capacity to expand to 30,000 pieces p.a. • Expansion via brownfield at existing Taloja facility plus a new manufacturing facility for Hose Assemblies • Funded through a combination of equity, bridge loan and internal accruals • Expanded capacities expected to generate incremental revenue of ₹500-550 Cr at peak capacity utilisation, focused on data centre liquid cooling demand
