• Pankaj Prabhakar Jathar resigned as CEO effective October 14, 2026 to pursue other interests; also ceases to be key managerial personnel • Jathar to be relieved from services with effect from close of business hours on October 22, 2026 • Board approved appointment of Anish Kumar Sarkar as CEO and key managerial personnel w.e.f. October 14, 2026 on nomination and remuneration committee recommendation • Sarkar has over two decades of experience in business building, transformation and M&A-led growth across consulting and operational roles • Prior roles include Managing Director India and Director of India/Philippines/Indonesia cluster at Pluxee (formerly Sodexo BRS) and CEO of Mercer India • Earlier senior leadership roles with Capgemini Group; alumnus of IIT Kharagpur and IIM Calcutta
