BAJAJHCARE : GETS NCLT NOD TO ACQUIRE GENRX PHARMA ON GOING CONCERN BASIS

• NCLT Mumbai Bench order dated October 13, 2026 approves acquisition of Genrx Pharmaceuticals Private Limited (in Liquidation) on a going concern basis • Genrx Pharmaceuticals will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Bajaj Healthcare, subject to implementation of the terms specified in the NCLT order • Order effective from October 13, 2026 until any further order or directions issued by the Tribunal • Follows the company's earlier disclosures dated April 5, 2025 and April 7, 2025 on the proposed acquisition • No penalty, restriction, sanction or non-compliance flagged by the authority in the communication
