KRONOX : ACQUIRES PLANT AT DAHEJ SEZ

• Board approved acquisition of a plant admeasuring about 5,000 sq meters at Z/80, Dahej SEZ from Axiom Chemicals Private Limited • Only the plant/asset is being acquired; seller company is not being acquired and no shares or control change hands • Consideration is cash, funded through internal accruals, plus related taxes, stamp duty, registration and incidental charges • Acquisition aimed at expanding manufacturing capacity for business growth • Completion within one month, subject to development commissioner/SEZ approval for transfer of unit land lease rights and other applicable consents • Seller is not a related party and no promoter/promoter group interest in the transaction
