• Company enters Franchise Development Program, Representation & Recruitment Services Agreement with Franchise India Brands Limited effective October 14, 2026 • Size of agreement ₹30 L, including fixed consultancy fees and success-based fees linked to franchise partner recruitment • Scope covers franchise systems development, franchise documentation, lead generation, representation and recruitment of franchise partners • Purpose is expansion of the ABATE Eye Hospital business under the "ABATE EYE HOSPITAL" brand through the franchise model across India • Term of agreement is 24 months from the effective date
