MINDACORP : TO ACQUIRE 26% STAKE IN AGGANGA FOR UP TO RS 1.12 CR

• Executed Share Subscription Agreement with Avener Green Private Limited and Agganga Energy Private Limited • On completion, Minda will hold 26% equity in Agganga Private Limited, a renewable energy company operating solar photovoltaic power plants • Cash consideration up to ₹1.12 Cr; indicative completion in about 6 months • Purpose is to reduce power cost by shifting to cost-effective, environment-friendly solar and wind power • Agganga turnover was nil as on 31.03.2026; target incorporated in 2025
