• Company allotted 52,500 equity shares of ₹10 each at issue price ₹100/share (incl. ₹90 premium) in AQ Capital Services Private Limited (AQCSPL) • Total consideration ₹52,50,000 (~₹52.50 L), cash consideration • No change in shareholding; AQCSPL continues as subsidiary with 75% holding • AQCSPL to engage in Registrar and Transfer Agent business, currently in process of SEBI registration; operations not yet commenced • AQCSPL turnover nil as on March 31, 2026; paid-up capital ₹8 L post allotment • Rights issue proceeds to support AQCSPL's financial and business requirements and SEBI registration/running costs; shares allotted October 14, 2026 Impact: Neutral (Small-ticket capital infusion into pre-revenue RTA subsidiary; no change in 75% holding)
