LAURUSLABS : INVESTS RS 107.8 CR IN KRKA PHARMA VIA RIGHTS ISSUE

• Company invested ₹107.8 Cr (INR 1,078,000,000) in KRKA Pharma Private Limited, a joint venture with KRKA d.d., Novo mesto, Slovenia • Acquired 10.78 Cr (107,800,000) equity shares at face value of ₹10 each through the rights issue • Total holding in KRKA now 26.215 Cr (262,150,000) equity shares of ₹10 each • Percentage shareholding of the Company in KRKA remains unchanged at 49% • Investment is a continuation of the April 30, 2026 intimation on further investment in the JV Impact: Neutral (Rights issue participation funds the JV while keeping Laurus Labs' stake steady at 49%)
