RELIANCE : JIO PLATFORMS IPO PRICE BAND SET AT ₹1,065-1,119/SHARE

• Jio Platforms Limited (JPL) IPO Committee approved a price band of ₹1,065 to ₹1,119 per equity share • Employee discount of ₹54 per equity share for eligible employees under the Employee Reservation Portion • Minimum bid lot set at 12 equity shares of face value ₹10 each and in multiples of 12 thereafter • Disclosure follows JPL's filing of the Red Herring Prospectus • Approval was given at the JPL IPO Committee meeting held on October 14, 2026
