(IB)/34/BB/2026 was pending before the Hon'ble NCLT, Bengaluru Bench • The matter was previously disclosed under "Outstanding Litigations and Material Developments" in the company's Red Herring Prospectus • Written NCLT order recording the settlement and/or disposing of proceedings is awaited and not yet uploaded on the NCLT website • Company will make further disclosure upon receipt or availability of the said order
