• Completed registration of conveyance deed for 75% of land at Kanjurmarg, Mumbai • Transfer in favour of R Siddhatva Developers, a step-down subsidiary of Runwal Construction • Consideration of ₹143 Cr has already been received • For remaining 25%, agreement for sale registered; conveyance deed to be executed on receipt of 1,00,000 sq ft commercial RERA carpet area plus 8,500 sq ft basement space • Company expects to realise revenue of approximately ₹250 Cr from sale of the commercial space
