• Board approved allotment of 4,78,435 equity shares of face value ₹10 each to AP Jupiter Holdings II, Ltd., a non-promoter entity • Issue price at ₹1,994/share (including premium of ₹1,984), aggregating to ₹95.40 Cr • Allotment via preferential issue on private placement basis for cash consideration • AP Jupiter post-allotment holding at 4,78,435 shares or 0.63%; pre-allotment nil • Company will seek listing and trading approval from NSE and BSE for the new shares
