ASIANTILES : AGL INDUSTRIES TO SELL 16% STAKE IN ALLOMEX STEEL

• Wholly-owned material subsidiary AGL Industries Limited (formerly Amazoone Ceramics) approved disposal of 16% equity stake in Allomex Steel Private Limited • AGL held 26% stake in Allomex; post-sale, Allomex will cease to be an associate company of AGL Industries • Consideration received ₹0.16 L (₹10 per share for 1,600 shares) • Buyers are directors/relatives of directors of AGL Industries; transaction is a related party transaction on arm's length basis • Allomex was incorporated on 27 August 2025; turnover/revenue/income and net worth contribution to listed entity were nil • Agreement entered into and expected completion on 15 October 2026
