HERITAGE FOODS Q2 FY27: STRONG VALUE-ADDED PRODUCT GROWTH, MILK PROCUREMENT COSTS RISE 11% 🟢
• Milk procurement volumes grew 7% YoY despite monsoon-related supply constraints. • Milk procurement costs increased 11% YoY to ₹47.73/litre. • Milk revenue grew 8.5% YoY, supported by 2.5% volume growth and price hikes. • Average milk realisation increased 6% YoY to ₹60.34/litre. • Value-Added Products Revenue Growth (YoY): * Lassi: +91% * Ice Cream: +81% * Buttermilk: +66% * Paneer: +38% * Curd: +26% • VAP Volume Growth (YoY): Lassi +89%, Buttermilk +56%, Ice Cream +44%, Paneer +21%, Curd +15%. • Daily curd sales crossed 500 tonnes; high-protein paneer now contributes over 15% of the paneer portfolio.
