• GST Appellate Tribunal, Principal Bench, Delhi, order dated October 14, 2026 directs Praxis to pass on/deposit profiteered amount of ₹3.68 Cr plus 18% interest • Order in DGAP v. Praxis Home Retail, Case No. NAPA/20/PB/2025, accepts DGAP investigation report dated March 29, 2023 • ₹21,200 plus applicable interest to be passed to identifiable complainant; balance ₹3.68 Cr to be deposited in respective Consumer Welfare Funds • No penalty imposed under Section 171(3A) as relevant period predates the provision • Company is evaluating options including filing an appeal; order may have financial impact to the extent of the amount and interest
