• Board approved acquisition of 7,27,040 equity shares (31.43%) of Stilonn Valves and Controls Private Limited • Cash consideration of ₹16,00,21,504 (~₹16 Cr) at ₹220.10 per share • Shareholding in Stilonn to rise from 19.58% to 51.01%, making it a subsidiary of the company • Stilonn makes precision engineering products for AI Infra, data centre, pharma and healthcare sectors, including butterfly, ball and check valves • Stilonn FY26 turnover ₹16.22 Cr (₹1,621.93 L) v ₹8.19 Cr FY25 and ₹6.10 Cr FY24 • Deal via share purchase and share subscription agreements; completion within 60 days of board approval
