• Long term rating upgraded to Crisil A/Stable from Crisil A-/Stable • Short term rating upgraded to Crisil A1 from Crisil A2+ • Total bank loan facilities rated at ₹820 Cr, enhanced from ₹745 Cr • Facility split across 13 bank lines, including ICICI Bank ₹120 Cr, Citi Bank ₹105 Cr and Yes Bank ₹80 Cr • Rating letter remains valid till March 31, 2027
