INDIACEM : ACQUIRES 3.62% STAKE IN ZENATARIS RENEWABLE FOR UPTO RS 20.90 CR

• India Cements to acquire 3.62% equity share capital of Zenataris Renewable Energy Private Limited • Acquisition is for cash consideration of up to ₹20.90 Cr • Zenataris is an SPV developing an ISTS hybrid renewable project at Kudligi, Vijayanagara District, Karnataka • SPV to supply 11 MW renewable energy to company's cement plants on a group captive basis • Target reported FY26 turnover of ₹77.82 Cr; incorporated on 9th October 2018 • Completion expected within 120 days from execution of Energy Supply Agreement and Share Subscription and Shareholders Agreement
