MONEYVIEW : INVESTS RS 250 CR IN WHOLLY OWNED SUBSIDIARY WHIZDM FINANCE
• Moneyview Limited made further investment of ₹250 Cr by subscribing to equity share capital of Whizdm Finance Private Limited (WFPL), its wholly owned subsidiary • Subscription on rights basis to 8 lakh equity shares of ₹10 each at a premium of ₹3,115 per share, for cash consideration • WFPL is a non-deposit taking NBFC engaged in lending and advancing money; FY26 turnover was ₹1,517.49 Cr • No change in Moneyview's shareholding percentage in WFPL; WFPL continues as a wholly owned subsidiary • Investment is intended to augment WFPL's capital base and expand its lending operations, in line with the company's IPO objects • Transaction completed on October 15, 2026; WFPL was incorporated on March 27, 2017 and has presence in India
