• Debt Recovery Tribunal-III, Delhi allowed NARCL's application (TA No. 446/2022) in the matter of NARCL vs SSA International Ltd & others • Samtex Fashions was the corporate guarantor in the loan applications of SSA International Ltd, its wholly owned subsidiary • Counter claim filed by the subsidiary (CC No. NDN/31/2023) dismissed with no order as to cost • Order dated October 3, 2026, received by the company on October 15, 2026 • Aggregate amount involved approx ₹435.02 Cr, in addition to cost and pendente lite and future interest @10% p.a. till payment in full
