• Entered PPA with Amplus Green Power and Share Acquisition and Shareholders' Agreement with Amplus Energy Solutions PTE Ltd. and Amplus Green Power • Investment of ₹38.4 L in one or more tranches for subscription of minimum 26% equity share capital along with other captive users • To source solar power as a captive consumer from a solar power plant in Uttar Pradesh • Captive users will collectively hold the requisite minimum 26% equity share capital of the project company • Expected to cut electricity cost at Suprajit's Uttar Pradesh manufacturing facilities and raise renewable energy share • Cash consideration; completion expected within 4 months subject to customary conditions precedents
