• CPPIB acquired 10% of Prestige Hospitality Ventures Limited (PHVL) via equity shares from the Company for ₹950 Cr • CPPIB acquired 5.79% of PHVL via primary subscription of Series A Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares for ₹550 Cr • Total first tranche consideration is ₹1,500 Cr • First tranche of proposed transaction consummated after receipt of CCI approval • Remaining tranches to be completed as per earlier announcements dated August 10, 2026 and September 29, 2026
