• Receives EPC & O&M contract from IMC Solar BDN LLP, a step-down subsidiary of the company • Scope covers design, engineering, procurement, supply, packing, transportation, installation, construction, erection, inspection, interconnection, commissioning, testing and delivery of solar power plant, along with O&M • Project capacity 47.8 MW located at 15 different sites • Contract size ~₹106.04 Cr, inclusive of applicable taxes and excluding O&M charges • Installation & commissioning within 150 days from allotment of land; schedule subject to land acquisition and may extend • Domestic order from a domestic entity; transaction in ordinary course and at arm's length
