SOUTH INDIAN BANK : ANNOUNCES SENIOR MANAGEMENT DESIGNATION CHANGES
Board approved senior management re-designations on operating and reporting structural changes. Anto George T to be Executive Vice President & Chief Business Officer from November 01, 2026; also identified as Material Risk Taker per RBI guidelines. Nandakumar G to head Banking Operations Group from October 16, 2026; Vijith S to be Head of Internal Audit; Rekha V R to be Chief of Internal Vigilance. None of the personnel are related to any Directors of the Bank.
