• Company communicated inability to proceed with Bondada Engineering EPC project for NTPC Renewable Energy's Fatehgarh solar project (Block-1 and Block-3, 300 MW AC each) • Aggregate order value was ₹740.97 Cr inclusive GST, comprising ₹375.18 Cr for Block-1 and ₹365.79 Cr for Block-3 • LOAs dated June 26, 2026 accepted earlier; contract price firm and fixed with no price escalation • Substantial escalation in raw material costs made project commercially unviable • Outstanding order book shall stand reduced by ₹740.97 Cr; other financial implications to be disclosed later
