• IRDAI granted Certificate of Registration dated October 15, 2026 to Ather Insurance Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ather Energy • Licence allows it to act as Corporate Agent (Composite) for distribution and servicing of life, general and health insurance business • Registration granted under IRDAI (Registration of Corporate Agents) Regulations, 2015 • Licence valid from October 15, 2026 and remains in force subject to annual fee, until suspended or cancelled by IRDAI • Company expects to diversify revenue streams through recurring revenue from its existing customer base and improve customer experience for customers and retail partners
